Delivery

Traps are sent via Royal Mail, DPD or Palletways

Small traps are sent via Royal Mail (normally 2-3 working days)

Medium sized orders are sent with DPD

Large orders are sent via Palletways

A signature will be required on delivery

Delivery will be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (not UK public holidays)

Orders are processed the same day and are usually dispatched the same working day. We aim to deliver next working day from receiving your order so most items should be with you in 1 to 3 working days from placing your order, if we hold the items in stock (97% are in stock)

NOTE We only attempt delivery twice, further attempts or changes of delivery address after despatch will be charged at cost.

Don't tell Us after your order has been dispatched that you're going to be on holiday for a month !!

If you are not in when our couriers try to deliver they will leave a yellow card with "we have a parcel for you" on it. You must telephone the number on the card and quote your parcel number to arrange another delivery attempt when you will be in.

NOTE Our couriers will only attempt your delivery twice you will have to collect from their depot after the second delivery attempt, if you do not collect your order after five days it will be returned to us at your expense.

Delivery charge is calculated on item weight and or volume.

Over 2 Kilos and under 5 Kilos £9.99
Over 5 Kilos and under 20 Kilos £10.99

Standard Delivery is England, Wales & Southern Scotland Mainland,

Other UK areas & across water deliveries incur further charges please email to confirm charge, before ordering

For large orders ask for quote

Delivery to other countries is available and an approximate charge is shown in the basket for European deliveries please ask for a quote for countries outside the EU

Complete our online order form and press the Complete Order button

You will receive an automated E Mail from our secure server confirming the order has been placed with us.

Please Note if you do not receive this E Mail within 8 hours, contact us by E Mail quoting your transaction number

You will receive a further E Mail from US confirming the goods are in stock, ready for despatch & an approximate delivery date
